Why are we fighting each other instead of us against them (they tyrants) that just tried to kill us, enact nonstop wars, poison our food, and steal our elections...they would love nothing more than to watch us kill each other for some reason they create!

I could speculate at depth and length as to why, but I feel no amount of describing the political theatre will change minds. Instead, it will be much like the vaccine mandate; do everything you can to stay out of it and not partake.

Make sure you yourself are prepared. I say 'how to shoot', as just because you refuse participation, does not mean someone won't try to visit your house and participate themselves without consent, and there's more to a gun than just pointing and pulling a trigger.

Personally I won't be picking a political side, other than to side with the public against tyranny.

We are literally committing national suicide. Have we lost all perspective? We divorce our spouse easily, lack committment to our children, fail to love our fellow man without a backward glimpse and walk away from ethics and Godly values.

UD, the united states have america has become something akin to the HBO series, The Plot to Against America, which was designed as a hit piece against Trump, but in reality it is a true reflection of the fascist democratic uniparty. I am not convinced this is globalist or Bolshevik in origin, however the nation is clearly being divided into pieces as you say. New to your site, but as a Christian, I see the fingerprints of God here--we are witnessing the ripping of America into pieces in ways not much different than a baby in the womb being torn apart by the knife of an abortionist. Perhaps America is being rent into multiple pieces for our national sins, namely abortion, pride and arrogance and the taking of innocent lives--the co-vxx is the final straw.

If you're saying this is a consequence of America taking a morality nosedive, I absolutely concur with you.

Even if I say 'globalists are causing this', for evil to 'get away' with it, it has to be aided and abetted, enabled, even. It requires people to spinelessly comply with diktats and not resist; to not push back and instil morality and ethics.

For Colorado to become evil, it has to have evil judges, evil prosecutors, and evil political parties willing to abuse due process and twist Constitutional rights into a perverted tool of wickedness.

The other States 'joining in', require much the same. I don't think the solution is bumping Biden off the ballot, I think that just shows democracy is now gone; but it is going to happen anyway because the moral recourse is gone. Court systems are unfair and fundamentally broken.

We have real moral tolerance replaced with fake virtue signal "tolerance". People have gotten so abusive, dishonest and misleading (in extremely, medically harmful ways) I'm now being forced to ban them off my Substack, a position I would have never considered sensible even 3 years ago. I cannot partake in people advocating or defending medical harms and I'm incredulous I'm forced to take such a stance as people now seem to lack any semblance of self-control.

Perhaps you're right. I definitely think a void of morals is responsible for this disintegration. Unfortunately, a great many countries are deeply guilty of this also.

I believe the veneer of civilization is in the process of being totally removed. it started in earnest under Obama and covid lies brought insanity into reality. Wonder if the cvxx has contributed to people not being able to think straight or reason clearly (the events of East Palestine were insanity released--these were ubsurd actions by people who were not thinking straight). Lies also beget bigger lies. The more lies the nation abides in the more insane is going to become a daily event (wholesale destroying farm animals as food source, selling our farmland to Gates and China, transgender mainstreaming, climate change hysteria, destruction of fossil fuels and fertilizer, etc, etc).

thank you sharing about your substack. Tough times require tough actions.

I believe the Lord is allowing America to be taken apart as discipline/judgment. Many, may Christians repented and interceeded for the last election to no effect that we would be spared this by Trump being re-elected. This is hard to understand why God did not answer our prayers and repentance except that seemingly God wants this nation to be taken apart. We are being taken apart by consequences of our sins AND by evil men running free without much restraint--whether it is globalists or communists, their desire to exercise totalitarian rule over us is clear and God seems to be allowing it for a while.

Maybe this nation must experience a total collapse or near destruction to bring us to actually repent of our sins and to call on His name from east to west. It is horrific to watch...no different than the prophets of Israel speaking out their words and then spending decades seeing the nation move further and further towards complete loss of sovereignty and exile.

I don’t understand/see the “states rights” side of the trap.

4 unelected Judges decided to find Trump guilty of insurrection on their own, without an inditement as precedent to make their decision.

Maybe there is more here to frame up how SCOTUS is trapped in a Catch 22.

Apologies this isn't clear.

So States ultimately get to decide how they pick and choose their Representatives - this includes the Electors who are sent to the Electoral College (this is a major flaw in the Constitution; there's very little specified about Electors). Yes, this does mean States could decide to use gambling, or unelected judges, or maybe even throw lots (some throw lots as a means of a tiebreak).

So you're not voting for a President - remember, there's the Electoral College - you're voting for the Electors (with the implicit intention they should vote for the President, but there's no guarantee; it's how Hillary Clinton lost in 2016, the pro-Bernie Electors punished her Primary rigging by voting for Trump or withholding their vote).

The only other Institution that can specify anything about the selection process of Representatives is Congress. Congress are deadlocked and won't be able to pass a bill in time (it takes months even with the best intents; the Elections are months away).

The SCOTUS trap is SCOTUS must either choose to:

A: Tell Colorado what to do (this means overriding the States' rights, violating the Constitution, setting a precedent allowing future SCOTUS to interfere, so think Federal level Roe v Wade), or

B: Follow the Constitution despite the negative results and maintain the States' rights

The correct course of action would have been for Congress to have neutralised the threat of ballot removal *months earlier*, long before this became an issue. SCOTUS isn't the correct tool for fixing this, and it does not matter which choice they make, they're both bad options.

If they rule against Colorado, they will be violating the States' rights. Colorado will most likely send whatever Electors they want even if they add Trump to the ballot (they can just threaten them with jail time if they don't comply). Colorado is already rigged; SCOTUS telling them to re-add Trump to the ballot will not reverse this.

To reword this more simply: Colorado are enacting a State level act of rebellion by exploiting a loophole in the Constitution by applying States' rights in a way that it wasn't intended, that SCOTUS do not have the right powers to fix.

SCOTUS, if they're following the law consistently, will say it is a Congressional matter. Congress, being evenly split, will deadlock.

If SCOTUS orders Colorado to re-add Trump to the ballot, SCOTUS are saying they can tell States what to do in elections; so for example, they could mandate every State us Dominion voting machines. Not saying they will, but if they do this, they set the precedent.

There are no good options. The only outcome from this will be civil war.

Appreciate the follow up response.

“Tell Colorado what to do (this means overriding the States' rights, violating the Constitution,”

I am leaning into (if) SCOTUS decides against the Colorado Supreme Court decision, they’d simply be upholding the lower court judge in CO ruling. It would be isolated the to courts. There are three CO supreme court judges who did dissent which SCOTUS always reviews along with the initial judges decision.

For example , in the case of large capacity magazine ban out of CA; lower judge Benitez’s decision was overturned by the 9th Circuit, three judge panel dissenting comments will all go to SCOTUS for their decision.

I am likely confusing more complexity with elections and not applying the fact the state’s supreme court vs federal 9th circuit will be reviewed by SCOTUS. Also, not knowing the path the Trump case went through the CO court. (Appreciate the additional information in your response.)

Also, wasn’t there a loop hole mentioned the GOP will go through the caucus system vs primary ballot system?

Not that CO will go to Trump anyway. Dominion HQ in Denver, Mail In ballots were implemented years ago and voting changed dramatically in the state following. And not that Trump winning the election will prevent civil war and I tend to think he plays a roll in pushing the country to Civil War.

Very much agree with the overall conclusion of your article. The entire ruling out of CO looks to be to keep pushing the country to civil war. Americans are not voting their way out of this and a multi-decade, multi-trillion dollar plan for America is underway.

Wonder when the shooting starts?

"wasn’t there a loop hole mentioned the GOP will go through the caucus system vs primary ballot system?"

Yes, but whatever workarounds the Republicans adopt, Colorado has fired the first shot in terms of explicitly rigging the election, so the damage is already done and States will be inclined to retaliate.

The downside of the caucus system is it nominates a Party, not a person (reinforcing the duo-politics criticism), meaning you could all vote Republican, and then suddenly find the Republicans nominate Ron DeSantis.

Maybe they might honour the agreement this time and appoint Trump, but once that system is in-place, it just means the vote selection gets internalised, like how Hillary was accused of rigging the 2016 primaries against Bernie Sanders, and the response was 'we can do the selection however we please, we're a private organisation'.

"Wonder when the shooting starts?"

I don't think it will be soon. At a minimum, 1 year (using the 1860s as a baseline). What I think is likely to happen is the Republican States will tit-for-tat, then the (Democrat controlled) Federal level will try to (illegally) stifle the Republican States. 'One rule for thee' type approach.

It's what the Federal level chooses to do that will determine how much bloodshed, if any, occurs. And even if the Election goes ahead, other States may refuse to recognise the legitimacy of the "new" Federal government, especially if it happens to be a Democrat-candidate.

"Americans are not voting their way out of this and a multi-decade, multi-trillion dollar plan for America is underway."

As said before, you can't vote tyrants out of power. From a journalist standpoint I'm trying to determine my role of what exactly I should be doing. I don't think passively reporting on events suffices, but I wouldn't know what to advise because who are the good guys and bad guys isn't yet clear to me.

What I do anticipate is external countries will take advantage of this the moment it breaks out. In what way, I don't know.

At some point many rural counties (maybe even states still beholden to the Constitution and their constituents) are going to have to give clear separation from where the federal guv and globalists are taking them. Deem them illegitimate at an ‘official’ level.

Could become for their own survival economically or blatantly no representation. It could very well be over the election or the violence, tactics that are already being deployed.

I assume, TPTB need to maintain control of the narrative as much as possible to continue the divide and conquer approach; keep Americans blaming each other vs awareness of who is actually destroying them all.

End of the day, I always point to the Central Banksters as the certain Not Good Guys.

One way or another, Americans killing Americans is the goal and there are ample milestones to be implemented in those crises/opportunities.

External powers who would take the advantage in another American civil war are highly likely… and waiting for the fall of the American Empire.

Lol States' Rights died with the Wickard decision in the 30s. The problem for Colorado is that the Federal Government has legally defined insurrection and made it a crime. This whole issue is thorny but SCOTUS could make a very narrow ruling. The Globalists are importing their army into every Western nation including Russia. A reason to go kinetic will be found no matter what.

The narrow ruling is the 'temporary precedent' I referred to, and the problem is temporary precedents on a small, single-State scale have a nasty habit of becoming nationwide and basically permanent. Jacobson v Massachusetts is a prime example (it's what States tried to use to justify the C19 vaccine mandates and courts allowed it initially on this basis).

I do not envy the SCOTUS right now. They have an extremely ugly choice ahead of them. It doesn't matter which rule or law they invoke, whether for or against, they're going to cause an ugly reaction from States' government.

If they're smart, they might compel Congress to somehow to pass a bill on the matter (either affirming or denying) or 'weigh in' via some sort of emergency, Constitutional crisis type session, but I don't know what powers they have that would let them do this. I don't think they have that kind of power.

I think SCOTUS is going to be near evenly split one way or the other. It is an ugly mess and this to me counts as a Constitutional crisis.

Section 5 of the 14th Amendment will be the lynchpin in this. It empowers Congress to define the standard of "insurrection" in Section 3. This is so complex and you're right, either way someone will be furious. The Globalists must be enjoying this.

Well, if the worst comes to the worst, I will be by your side in this.

What I hope for is the people recognise that, regardless of political alignment, they're friends, and ultimately, it is the globalists wishing ill upon them.

"Section 5 of the 14th Amendment will be the lynchpin in this. It empowers Congress to define the standard of "insurrection" in Section 3."

And I'm guessing Congress haven't actually defined it. This could be a grounds for ruling against Colorado (a State that is attempting to interpret on behalf of Congress still isn't Congress), and there's a specific doctrine (whose name escapes me) that says SCOTUS needs to rule minimalistically and conservatively (I.E. don't add to Congress' bills what isn't there).

Regardless, I think NY, Cali, PA, Colorado etc are States in rebellion.

This makes me wonder if maybe there's a CCP drive behind this; get the States to splinter the US just before they make a move on Taiwan.

You hit the nail on the head with the CCP. Some folks on the Dissident Right think the Chinese are nationalists defying Cabal when they're actually what Cabal seeks to create for the rest of us. Klaus and Henry were Friends of the Chinese People. The Chinese host summer Davos but hey, these aren't the droids you're looking for.

Congress did pass criminal laws for insurrection, the first was in 1870 then replaced in 1948. Section 2383 iirc. It does not matter though. California and NY will likely pursue the same route now. Anarcho-tyrranny, no?

Things will probably get a little sporty next year. I hope you're in a largely British area, UD, and not near any of the ethnic enclaves. The Gaza cleansing leaves a lot of room for False Flags. I live outside of Lagos on the Chesapeake and yeah here's our latest headline:

I'm disappointed you appear to have only read the subtitle, and I would advise reading beyond that given the article already addresses at extent the sides being played. Duo-politics was already covered a long time ago on The Daily Beagle, and the article was re-referenced here.

As previously noted, The Daily Beagle, being a journalism outlet, does not create 'hitlists' (exposes, maybe, but not hitlists), and I find this comment "Hope you know WHO to shoot" mildly alarming. Do you normally shoot people that newspapers tell you to shoot? Would you trust me to tell you who to shoot when I don't even know your personal situation?

No, that is beyond me, and my words are correct: I hope you know HOW to shoot, because gun safety and gun training is pertinent to ensure one does not injure themselves AND knows how to respond under pressure.

I am extremely disappointed three people liked your comment and I hope they reflect some people have not put in the prep time. I do not assume everyone is a trained marksman and this article is a *heads up* article for those not aware.

" the supremacist elites will fuel and manipulate all sides, growing richer and stronger as the common idiots murder each other’s mirror images."

Yes, that is the consequence of the public doing nothing, but I am not a military commander. It isn't my job to tell you who or what to shoot and I find your remarks to be almost goading.

I hope you weren't trying to bait me towards a Federal offence, I'm smarter than that dear fellow and we both know the FBI are neck deep in the foreign collusion.

Your comment is noticably rife with strawman arguments.

"that's some fantasy you've conjured up that has no relation to my comment"

Sounds like shill talking points given you're forced to reply to them anyway.

"people should be ready to take up arms, and then you say nothing about who they should be fighting"

I said they should learn how to shoot. I didn't say they should be taking up arms against anyone.

Owning of guns isn't the same as knowing how to properly operate one. It is not the advisory they deploy it, but that they be prepared, given being defenceless in the middle of a civil war is pure insanity. It is no good saying 'go out and shoot' with no training; and just because they train does not immediately insinuate they go out and shoot. Good god man you're batshit.

You're asking me to predict who they should be fighting. I notice you didn't address my remark as to why a newspaper should be giving advice as to who to kill with no military experience?

"anyone supporting any 'side' who isn't foremost concerned with the question of whether or not who they're killing or trying to kill is actually a mortal enemy, is just a murderer."

You're criticising me for not picking a side, but here you are berating anyone for picking a side.

"The attitude of 'let others decide who to kill' shows cowardice"

I didn't advise anyone to kill anybody, *YOU DID*, and frankly you've earned a ban.

If anybody here needs a newspaper to tell them how to think, feel, act, or feels they need a newspaper to tell them who the enemy is; they should not be allowed near a gun. The media should NEVER be the ones to tell you what to do, and the mindless following of political rhetoric in mass media leading to violence is how society got here.

Advising you learn how to do something, and actually doing something, are two different things. Telling you to learn how to grow food does not mean 'sell your house and start a farm'. Likewise, suggesting you learn how to shoot before a civil war breaks out does not mean 'go out and shoot a bunch of people'. These are huge extremes.

Make your own decisions. If someone breaks into your home or puts you in danger, you should not be waiting on the publication of an article telling you what to do. Many predict there is a time coming when the Internet is not available, and then what?
