The dividing line in the sand has just been drawn. Whether or not you buy into duo-politics (or the Uniparty), what is now occurring is going to spiral out of control, by intention.

Barely within a day of The Daily Beagle’s publication showing evidence of systemic, decades long poisoning of children by the government, has come the distraction politics of Operation Warp Speed Donald Trump’s removal from the Colorado ballot (after the perpetual pre-emptive declarations of releasing the Jeffrey Epstein list ‘any day now’ turned out to be a dud, to no-one’s surprise).

The Colorado ballot removal is a polarising action, with California mulling much the same, and Republicans are suggesting they should remove Vaccine Mandate Joe Biden in retaliation as part of this theatre. One Texas official is already threatening to do this.

The globalist rhetoric and plans are clear: divide America.

Inevitably, their scheme is painfully obvious: have various States undemocratically block different candidates (or have them voluntarily withdraw serving no real purpose) of the various sides, essentially breaking America into multiple parts, which will of course trigger civil war.

At a minimum there are two parts: States that have removed Trump, and States that haven’t. But there could easily be a third: States that have removed Biden, or even a fourth: States that have removed all Democrat candidates. So on and so on.

Regardless of what happens now, whatever delusions of trust in voting in duo-politics are now broken. Even if Colorado were to suddenly somehow U-turn, the shot has been fired, there are no takebacks.

Supreme Court Are Unlikely To Overturn

The globalists have set a Catch-22 legal trap.

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the Constitution basically permits States to set up voting for Senators and Representatives however they see fit (emphasis added):

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing[sic] Senators.

Whilst this isn’t strictly for the election of a President, it is going to heavily influence the decision making of the Supreme Court, as the number of electors for the Electoral College (where they vote on which President) is related to the number of Representatives in Congress.

Ultimately the public vote on what electors to send to the Electoral College, not what President. It is part of reason why The Daily Beagle considers the entire system rigged (regardless on your views on vote fraud; your votes don’t go to the President anyway).

Electors are, essentially, representatives.

Only Congress may override Article I, Section 4, Clause 1, and Colorado have maliciously bided their time to strike within the few months before voting begins, such a deadlocked Congress, as it is now, could never pass a law in time to fix this mess.

The Catch-22

As such, the Catch-22 trap Supreme Court faces is thus:

• If they rule against Colorado, they set a precedent that the Supreme Court can overrule the Constitution and thus States’ rights, even if it’s on a temporary, one-off basis (nothing as permanent as a temporary government solution). Colorado and other States will accuse them of meddling and interference and most likely defy.

• If they don’t rule against Colorado, they know they’re enabling an undemocratic process and the fracturing of America. States not aligned with Colorado will accuse the Supreme Court of enabling tyranny.

In nearly every scenario the Supreme Court has faced off against the Constitution, they have deferred to the Constitution (with the exception of corruption like Citizens United).

Certainly, the Supreme Court could find a contrived alternative Constitutional right, say, Trump’s freedom of assembly and right to petition the government, but then you have a ‘Constitutional right versus Constitutional right’ stand-off.

SCOTUS are unlikely to start trying to give Constitutional rights a priority ordering (no, the ‘First’, ‘Second’ etc isn’t a priority ordering, it is just a chronological ordering of when the amendments were added).

Unfortunately, their best course of action is to continue to sponsor the Constitution, as to open the trojan horse of permitting the Supreme Court to arbitrarily ignore the Constitution on a whim and overriding States’ rights would create a long-term, major issue the globalists could exploit (read: they could take your Constitutional rights and dictate to States).

Tit-For-Tat

It is better (of a bad situation) to allow Colorado’s misdeeds to play out as a State level issue. This is the ultimate States’ rights versus Federal rights showdown, and SCOTUS ruling against Colorado would be to empower the Federal.

This will mean other States’ can remove other candidates from the ballots. If Trump can be removed for standing outside Congress, then Joe Biden, pedophile extraordinaire and foreign agent colluder would be even more qualified for removal.

So a civil war is basically guaranteed at this point, whether you buy into the politics or not.

Civil War Was Always Brewing

We recently covered Texit (Texas exit) where Texans are looking to exit from the United States. Then there’s the Greater Idaho movement (rural parts of Oregon want to secede and join Idaho to form Greater Idaho). There were rumours of a Calexit (California exit), including on the individual county level.

One article by ZeroHedge referenced a YouGov poll finding Americans anticipated a Civil War within the next 10 years:

Americans have major discontent with the government. That said, this particular fracturing is being engineered by the government (currently, the government of Colorado, but likely soon to be others). Already California are making moves.

Amusing. George Washington was an insurrectionist against the British and he became President.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to ignore these politics like most other gaffes, as there’s a real risk this will snowball by intention. After all, the globalists want you dead.
