Mad Malice Causes Misery. Globalists: 'You're Welcome!'

Whilst the Maui Fires have been covered in media, The Daily Beagle wanted to wait until we had seen enough substantial content to form a coherent report. We can conclude the fires were not only a deliberate act, but one of mass murder, and all for profit, too.

Setting The Scene

The US Department of Defence declassified a document from the 1970s that details the most effective ways to start fires (credit to Invertionism for the highlight).

It was produced by the US Department of Agriculture’s Forest Service (how thoughtful of them) and was sponsored by Advanced Research Project Area’s (APRA) Remote Area Conflict. The cover depicts burned up trees as the US aircraft fly overhead.

Whilst the document was intended for the Vietnam war, the researchers studied a number of regions… including Hawai’i.

You might think they simply passively observed, but the document makes clear they also started test fires, and deliberately conflates and obfuscates friendly countries with Vietnam to try to obscure whether or not they tested any fires in friendly regions. You can almost sense the technical dodge:

Did they set test fires in friendly nations? Well, this might set the tone: The US military weren’t adverse to testing Agent Orange in Hawai’i, and the storage and experimentation is well known:

If they were willing to test a cancer-causing defoilant (plant-killer) in Hawai’i, would they be so adverse to setting some fires there, too? The US military isn’t exactly known to be peaceful, even to their own people.

Essentially An Arsonist Guidebook

Per our previous article, showing the majority of ‘wild’ fires were, in actual fact, arson, it is interesting to note the 1970s book is essentially a guide as to how and when to set a fire to increase the odds of a ‘wildfire’ occurring.

Stop me if you’ve heard these convenient conditions before:

• Unusually dry material

• Many simultaneous ignitions (cough, Australia’s 24 arsonists and 183 fire charges, cough)

• High heat areas

• Sharp/distinct winds

It appears therefore, the globalists are restricted to committing these arsonist attacks during crimes of opportunity (distinctly evident by the weather). Even mainstream media avoided discussing the cause and focused on ‘what fueled’ the fires.

You can almost sense the dodge, as if they know what caused it (and it isn’t ‘climate change’). Ah, yes, blame the wind you carefully selected for.

Of course, some of you might be saying this document isn’t sufficient proof of malice. It simply demonstrates an arsonist knows when to set fires (especially if they work on behalf of the US government).

Obviously it’d need some sort of arson investigation and… oh.

Then there’s the Federal investigation to ‘determine the exact cause’. Which speculates ‘downed power lines’, another cliche if you read the arson article:

How about preplanning? James O’Keefe published an undercover video where a CNN journalist goes on to predict that after the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic dies down, there will be a ‘pandemic of climate change’, which includes reporting on ‘wildfires’.

How does he know this will be in the future?

So, evidence of pre-planning, including arson ‘wildfire’ guidebook, wall-to-wall media coverage and police getting suspicious.

Here’s where the malice part comes in.

Globalists Proactively Impeded Attempts To Put Out The Fires, Or Even Save Lives

M. Kaleo Manuel refused requests to send water to put out the fires because, apparently, he ‘reveres it’. He doesn’t revere human life, though. His sole job is supplying water.

ZeroHedge tries to spin this as a “blunder”, but don’t attribute to incompetence what is malice. He knew the consequences of his actions. People in powers of responsibility cannot simply feign ignorance every time they co-conspire to commit murder.

Someone else who resigned like Kaleo, was Herman Andaya. He’s Maui County Emergency Management’s administrator, who refused to use the emergency sirens. As Breitbart noted, he has no experience in emergency management. A useful goon to execute the malicious plan with.

Maui has 400 of these taxpayer funded sirens installed. Not one of them was activated.

His pathetic excuse for resigning? ‘Health reasons’. These people need to be prosecuted.

Some offered up the lame excuses the sirens shouldn’t have been used, such as Democrat Hawai’i governor Josh Green (such an ironic name). Some suggest they’re only meant to be used in tsunamis.

But investigative journalist Nick Sortor (famous for reporting on East Palestine) refuted these claims, pointing out the official Hawai’ian government website states they can be used for wildfires:

Note the website is hosted by none other than… the Department of Defense, the same writers as the arson book! Quelle surprise!

Nick Sortor then asked:

It becomes criminal the moment a group of people conspire to bring great harms to the people of Maui. Another Maui resident asked the question of why did the Maui fire department stop containing the fire?

Did they run out of water because of ‘Mr Revere’? Or were they told to stop spraying water by a clearly evil state hellbent on bringing harms to people?

Hawai’ian police literally ignored media questions on the topic:

The police chief simply got into their car, not answering any questions. Another police officer told the journalists to talk to them later as a stall tactic. Even now the police are preventing people from investigating their destroyed properties.

So abandoned were Maui residents that at one point they were being raped and pillaged:

Meanwhile, the State Attorney General is hiring a third party to review the actions of the Hawai’ian government.

Will it be a whitewash, or will it expose active malice? The fact it is even being prompted should raise eyebrows.

Federal Response Is Malicious Too

This is on-top of the fact Biden simply ignored the problem and said “no comment”, which is more what you’d hear a guilty party say at a police interview, than a seasoned politician during a crisis. Biden was relaxing at a beach at the time. He didn’t hurry and leave, either.

No, no, don’t get up, don’t concern yourselves with the deaths of dozens, enjoy your vacation and remark “no comment”. He did it multiple times, as well. No sense of urgency. Not that the White House maliciously cares either.

Ironically, given all the mic fumbling Biden does, saying “no comment” was probably the smartest thing he could say in that given instance. Not that it is much comfort to those that died. Maybe they should leave out a trail of ice cream for him to follow to the disaster zone?

What about FEMA? Well, they ignored the Maui fires too.

Biden at least made one insulting gesture, a paltry offer of $700. People have easily lost tens of thousands worth of items, and loved ones, and the best he can offer is 2 weeks worth of barely minimum wage?

He can forgive billions in student loans and send tens of billions to Ukraine, but forbid if he sent thousands to several hundred people in a US State full of US taxpayers who suffered catastrophic losses! It’s almost like he’s trying to bankrupt them. But why?

…Oh, how convenient. The Hawai’ian governor — you know, the same one that justified not sounding the sirens to warn anybody — plans to acquire the land.

You can see their evil, scheming, mass murder plot for profit unravelling itself before your very eyes. Biden denies the ruined public finances, the evil Hawai’ian governor buys them out.

The Fire Pattern Is Evidently Controlled

Normally, in an arson attack such as the one in Greece, the fire rages out-of-control, and anything in the path gets destroyed. But take a look at this video.

In the front, multi-million beachfront properties are entirely unscathed. In the back, poor residental areas are burned to such a crisp you might be forgiven for mistaking it as some sort of farmland.

Amazing how the fire leaves even the fancy palm trees in the expensive areas unscorched too! Meanwhile all the poor properties are charcoal black and burned to a crisp. SGTReport meanwhile reveals the abnormal ‘ring of fire’ that emerged:

As another article remarked, the vultures have started circling, with them picking apart the corpses of the dead and those who remain alive, all so they can profit from property snatch up:

It is clear the Maui fires are an act of pure, selfish, greedy malice. A joint effort by scumbags who hate human life.

Summary

Department of Defense produced a book on how to start 'wildfires', including data based on Hawai'i. Department of Defense also maintain the siren network used to warn people of disasters. They weren't activated during the fires. Police are investigating suspected arson, whilst residents are pointing the finger at energy companies.

The Democrat governor Josh Green defended not activating the sirens, and stands to profit from acquiring the Maui properties that burned to the ground. Both his water manager M. Kaleo - who shut off the water supply - and Green's unqualified emergency manager Herman Andaya who refused to activate the sirens - have both resigned. Firefighters reportedly stopped fighting the fires. There was no law enforcement during nighttime as residents got raped and pillaged. The State Attorney General has started a third party investigation.

Biden has made multiple "no comment" remarks, and a paltry offer of $700 per resident leaving residents bankrupt, as FEMA are nowhere to be seen. Venture capitalists exploiting the destitution and destruction circle like vultures to buy up the burned down properties. Multi-million beachfront properties were suspiciously left intact, along with their palmtrees. Police won't answer questions as to why.
