The Daily Beagle likes to note that the US President evidently has dementia.
Including signs of ataxia (bad muscle-motor coordination)…
Hallucinations (seeing and interacting with things that aren’t really there)
Speaking incoherently, quoting the definition:
not be able to find the right words
use a related word (for example, ‘book’ instead of ‘newspaper’)
use substitutes for words (for example, ‘thing that you sit on’ instead of ‘chair’)
not find any word at all
not struggle to find words, but use words that have no meaning, or that are jumbled up in the wrong order
go back to the first language they learned as a child. For example, if they learned English as a second language, they may forget how to speak it.
With the exception of the last one in the list, Joe Biden literally qualifies for all definitions on the above list.
Confusion about who he is, where he is:
It is very likely Joe Biden would fail the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) test, an example of one being given is shown below, where Dr Jim Kelly uses it to test Pat LaFontaine’s cognitive abilities after a concussion (this is the same test Donald Trump was given):
In our view, it is very likely Joe Biden has severe dementia, and thus is not medically fit to lead the US.

I can think of another possibility. A third aneurysm during the campaign. Remember how he disappeared from sight for a while? And the weird commercial where his wife spoke for him while he stood silently by? Yet by the time of the last debate, he performed well enough (far differently than earlier incidents) and still does at times. While dementia patients can have lucid times, they can't do it on cue, as for a debate or speech. I think it's likely that his handlers hid an aneurysm. And yes, he could also have some encroaching dementia as well.
Good points. By now, however, I could believe someone could be rushed to the hospital and we wouldn't necessarily know. Ruptures aren't always fatal and can cause memory loss too. So I'd say either is still a possibility.
