The Daily Beagle Gets Tricked
Rise of the fake accounts; accounts unsuspended; Sam Bankman-Fried gets arrested
The Daily Beagle must apologise. We got tricked by a fake Twitter account of Dr Peter McCullough that is, currently, rightly so, suspended:
The trick? The second “l” in McCullough in the URL isn’t an “l” at all:
It is an incredibly subtle detail to miss, and the Twitter font does not actually distinguish between the two characters, so looking at the ‘@’ handle alone would not have revealed the deception:
Although our prior claims of Dr Peter McCullough being suspended were correct at time of writing, The Daily Beagle mistakenly linked to this deceptive Twitter account, and we want to hold up our hands to admit the mistake, which was only discovered after the real Dr Peter McCullough was unsuspended. The importance of free speech!
We will be retroactively making the URL correction in the articles to point to the real Dr Peter McCullough to ensure others aren’t fooled by this deception, and can only apologise.
Accounts Unsuspended
That said, the real Dr Peter McCullough is now unsuspended, hooray!
And so is Dr Robert Malone, also hooray!
Unfortunately, Dr Naomi Wolf (real account) still is:
As is, unfortunately, Steve Kirsch:
Steve Kirsch claims (although The Daily Beagle has not seen proof, we take it on face value) that his account has been reviewed and will remain suspended.
The Daily Beagle isn’t sure if it has been reviewed-reviewed (as, done ‘properly’ according to the standards Elon himself has set out), or just ‘reviewed’ (done halfassed by a malicious Twitter worker who wants to ensure Steve Kirsch remains censored).
Just Do It Halfassedly
We’re confident the review was not genuine nor proper in either case, as Kirsch is relatively honest, Naomi Wolf is a professional doctor, and Elon said he’d grant general amnesty to anyone who hasn’t broken any laws and not engaged in egregious spam, not ‘Twitter rules’.
He has not upheld this verbal bargain with Kirsch nor Naomi, who are both law abiding citizens, the former a tech investor, the latter a doctor. Not exactly a ‘hive of scum and villainy’, and certainly not lawbreakers, nor ‘egregious’ spammers.
The unsuspension of Dr Robert Malone and Dr Peter McCullough are good signs, however. We’re saddened by the fact Elon does not appear to have acknowledged the symbol Kanye posted is from a weird UFO cult rather than Nazi eugenicists (never thought that would be written in an article), and he does not appear to have retracted his statement it was ‘incitement to violence’ as being in error. Elon is still vulnerable to media mob pressure, it seems.
Go Directly To Jail, Do Not Pass Go
Reported with speed on Twitter, within less than 12 hours of The Daily Beagle pointing out the public can hypothetically use RICO (“Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations”) and a Bahamas extradition treaty from the 1990s to go after Sam Bankman-Fried, did Sam Bankman-Fried’s grand publicity tour suddenly come to an abrupt halt. Shame.
He was promptly arrested by the Bahamas authorities, who invoked the US-Bahamas extradition treaty from the 1990s, with the SEC immediately filing to charge Sam Bankman-Fried with defrauding investors, a speed which would make even the speed of light blush. It came as a surprise to everyone who doesn’t read The Daily Beagle.
We guess the US government doesn’t want their bribery being openly exposed by RICO deposition and are now frantically trying to charge Sam Bankman-Fried with whichever crime they can throw, in order to try to placate both the public (including the angry rich investors Sam likely defrauded), and the States (who weren’t privvy to the huge donation-bribes).
We’re sure the timing is absolutely coincidential, has absolutely nothing to do with empowering the public to prosecute someone, and absolutely nothing changed their minds suddenly.
We predict jail for Sam Bankman-Fried. Anything the government goons can do to save themselves.
The Daily Beagle still needs more paying subscribers to become financially viable. Consider becoming a paying subscriber today.

Reading this, and looking back to your RICO post, I think you’re saying there was a possible private cause of action under RICO that could have gotten SBF extradited. I don’t believe that is the case. I think the private cause of action under RICO is a civil suit, which cannot be used to extradite.
The civil RICO route remains open now, though courts can be tough on such claims brought by private parties, precisely because it’s such a powerful statute.
Of course, now that there are criminal charges, even SBF will presumably shut up and exercise his right against self-inclination in any civil suits against him, but that was inevitable unless the government forewent criminal prosecution altogether.
The timing of the criminal charges and arrest coming hours before his scheduled congressional testimony remains beyond fishy.
We the people deny the need for unwanted and dangerous injections and obviously reject the mandating of such stupid intentions.
We are far healthier WITHOUT invasive medical experimentation being applied and we have already refuted any decision our stupid, uninformed representatives believe have committed us to.
We refute the MANDATING of such irresponsible and dangerous actions.
The World Health Organisation has run it's course and since the interference of it's main benefactor, Bill Gates, has proven to be dangerous and out of control. the WEHO must be disbanded or considerably restructured for the Health and Wellbeing of humanity instead of Gates, et al, PROFIT MAKING and World DEPOPULATION.
We, the people, have spoken and will act in accordance with democratic processes for what is best for humanity.
LIABILITY for Big Pharma's deadly injections must be reintroduced immediately to ensure COMMON SENSE prevails. Immunity from LIASBILITY is currently their 'LICENCE to KILL' with impunity.
