It is neither necessary nor ethically relevant whether a vaccine is safe and effective in order to determine whether vaccine mandates are ethical. The science debate is a bottomless rabbit hole. Nothing exposes people to a greater risk of harm than taking away their right to free medical consent, for any reason, even if the medical procedure were a placebo. The social harm lies in the act of acquiescence, which paves the way for crimes against humanity being committed under the guise of healthcare (provided you can be scared enough by state propaganda). Moreover, acquiescence to vaccine mandates amounts to collusion in violations of the right to life, in a mandated killing of a minority for the benefit of the majority, since all vaccines are expected to kill a percentage of people: https://michaelkowalik.substack.com/p/why-vaccine-mandates-are-unethical

"It is neither necessary nor ethically relevant whether a vaccine is safe and effective in order to determine whether vaccine mandates are ethical."

If you read my rebuttal to Ebright, it points out that universalist statements are rarely true given huge genetic variation, and exemptions are often maliciously denied, and therefore 'exceptions to the rule' can never be relied upon as a means to an end to justify mandates.

Either you endorse all exemptions - even for issues you can never foresee - which means you can't have a mandate; or the "exemptions" are tokenism that intentionally ignores the outlier cases and oppresses them - which also means you can't have a mandate.

There's no ethical scenario for any kind of medical mandate.

. . . and many acquiesced.

A moral test. Perhaps more than that, an existential trial of human worth. We will see.

A pox on all vaccine advocates.

How come no one ever talked about the University of Pennsylvania's conflict of interest in terms the vaccine mandates it foisted upon its students, faculty, and staff for 1.5 years?

You know, the place where mRNA 'technology" discoverers Kariko and Weissman hang out, where the PennGlobal PennBiden Center is housed, where Zeke Emmanuel sits at the helm of Penn Global, where Amy Gutmann hailed as President for umpteen years until President Biden appointed her US Ambassador to Germany . . . .

"Editor's Note: The Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines both use licensed University of Pennsylvania technology. As a result of these licensing relationships, Penn, Dr. Weissman and Dr. Karikó have received and may continue to receive significant financial benefits in the future based on the sale of these products. BioNTech provides funding for Dr. Weissman's research into the development of additional infectious disease vaccines."

I am sure there are a great many universities with their own conflicts of interest; as well as governments.

Rutgers gets particular focus here because Ebright was more than happy to provide comment on the lab leaks to The Daily Beagle - which were quoted - but seemed to clam up when it came to his position on vaccine mandates, and quickly switched to hostility when it was found Rutgers might have a financial interest.

He's horrified at intentional disease spread for profit, but not on mandates for profit, so there's a particularly special kind of hypocrisy here.

Ah, got it. Thank you.

If I get time I might opt to cover other universities, but I often get little free time these days so I try to focus on unique events if possible.

Examples of other Universities I've covered (indirectly or directly):

Imperial College London; they're working on mRNA shots, have people who shill for mRNA shot "safety" on Twitter:

https://thedailybeagle.substack.com/p/vaccine-shill-refuses-to-disclose

University of Edinburgh; they have people shilling mRNA shot "safety" and they're on the payroll of numerous pharmaceutical firms:

There's probably hundreds of corrupt universities out there.

I liked your article. While most about Rutgers University, I found the info about aluminum to be very interesting. Over and over for more than two decades I've been told about it's danger when ingested. Of course injected has far more potent effects. Your article provided information about it that I had never read before. Thanks.

Ebright sounds like a mumbling moron who is incapable of having a reasonable conversation about his earnings from involvement in mRNA (or RNA), which he incompetently refutes!

Our stupid, pathetic Governments all probably paid excessive prices for Pfizer's expensive (but SAFE) PLACEBOS = paying a high price for a 'NOTHING' material?

The upside is - at least you shouldn't die from a Pfizer placebo!

No comeback of Big Pharma = No LIABILITY - under any circumstance!

It's like buying rainwater for the price of GOLD! Pfizer et al, have proven they can sell sand to the Arabs and ice cream to Eskimos! Great business strategy by big Pharma including 'NO LIABILITY' under any circumstances.

At least there was/is less chance of suffering MYOCARDITIS and 100 other Vax-induced health concerns after being sold a PLACEBO at full price! You stupid, irresponsible, incompetent dummies!

Also, there's less need to wonder why the injection ('vax') makers enjoy ZERO legal, financial or MORAL responsibility = NO LIABILITY for Injuries & DEATHS caused by their otherwise, useless junk 'medicines' they laughingly call 'vaccines'.
