Perhaps, but the lawyers seem to be absent. The ones willing to argue I find aren't aware of the technicalities and gotchas (I keep getting caught out on gotchas - sovereign immunity to RICO is a new one), and of those able to evade the gotchas, they don't use the right legal leverage (they often go solo meaning they're bankrupted or ground under before they get out the gate).
Even with my legal proposals, I'm utterly swamped. In 2023 I had to relay 'mere opinion' to two friends' defamation lawsuit cases, whilst also writing up the SBF RICO, the Pfizer RICO, and the one hidden off radar: the Florida Grand Jury.
There's numerous ways to hit them, but there are so many targets and so few experienced people willing to pull weight. I could train folks how to do their own fightbacks but the training would take even longer than if I did it myself (I tried to teach 5 sensible heads and, well... it didn't go so well; I found they needed years of experience, not hours of crashcourse).
RICO was supposed to be a tool to leverage against corrupt government, hence why it has a private prosecution angle. I can't remember who said it, but they remarked: 'the government ain't gunna prosecute itself' (or words to that effect).
To find it is now nullified and no longer usable against government seems basically pointless as an anti-corruption tool. I had to learn via Substack comments they gave themselves sovereign immunity in the last few decades.
Not surprising, but infuriating.
RICO should be usable in any State by any person(s) and even then you can break off chunks of the illegalities highlighted (fraud, for example, can be prosecuted solo). I designed it to be as flexible, but notice only one State - Texas - is even tackling a small portion of it (fraud).
2 million potential deaths in VAERS is massive. Just so you know about the missing Yellow Cards, well I have an update on that due to an accidental release of additional reference numbers. The 160,000 potential injury reports missing has risen roughly to 250,000, which is more than 50% of the entire total released. If this turns out to be true, it's deeply shocking and troubling.
