Paedophiles threaten jail if you prevent appropriate clothing for your child

Back in Jan 2023, The Daily Beagle criticised the dubbed ‘Scottish Nonce Party’ for their schemes to introduce a law to imprison persons who didn’t agree to have their children’s genitals forcefully mutilated.

If you’re new here, this might sound like hyperbole, however it was documented extensively by ‘Wings Over Scotland’. The insanity was beaten back by an angry public, forcing First Minister Nicola ‘Nazi’ Sturgeon to resign in Feb 2023.

Well, guess what?

The Scottish Government won’t take no for an answer, and have come back for round two, intending to forcefully imprison you and kidnap your children so they can mutilate (‘reassign’) their genitalia. But this time, all quiet-like.

This batty proposal is being foisted by MSP (Member of the Scottish Parliament) so-called ‘Emma Roddick’.

They intend to criminalise anyone who dares “suppress” a ‘gender identity’, and sneakily lump this in with ‘conversion practices’ so people think it only applies to external third parties. Suppression would include telling your own child these are state-sponsored lies by propagandists.

Parenting (‘Coercive Behaviour’) Is Banned

The definition of ‘conversion practices’, which ironically don’t apply to the state lying to your children and telling them nonsense that non-physical genders exist or that they can magically change biology, includes any sort of “coercive course of behaviour”.

More explicitly, they also mention vague terms like “talking therapy”, “coaching”, or “instructing”:

It’s obvious, if challenged, they will simply suggest it only applies to ‘conversion therapy’ (a circularly undefined unassailable self-reference; the Motte), but once implemented, easily ensnares parents who coach or instruct their own children (the indefensible Bailey).

Hence why a ‘provision of a service’ is separate from so-called ‘coercive course of behaviour’. They could never argue parenting is a ‘provision of a service’.

The red flag is buried deeper down, where it starts to talk about behaviours, and vaguely refers to ‘coercive’ ones:

Essentially: either you agree with your child’s harmful delusions of magically transforming gender or the state will call you a coercive abuser.

Indeed, the further down you dig, the more self-evident is they intend to criminalise parents protecting their children from forced sterilisation by the state:

Performing another Motte-and-Bailey fallacy, they present all the worst-case, scary scenarios to paint an artificial picture of physical violence to secure buy-in, but trojan horse the words non-exhaustive list (read: they have an unlimited expansive list of additional additions to add).

Note previously, ‘restrictions’ and ‘pressure’ and ‘talking therapy’ all count as violations; so non-violent situations are ensnared, these are just the strawman examples they present.

No Sensible Clothing (Or None At All)

They then expand the definition by paper cut again and include monitoring. So you can’t even check up on your child’s welfare, you must remain ignorant, no monitoring them as they mutilate their genitalia, and no telling them to wear sensible clothing.

So if your child is convinced to run around naked, you’re not allowed to do anything. If they opt to wear inappropriate clothing due to brainwashing, you’re not allowed to intervene.

They Motte-and-Bailey again, by using the ol’ ‘physical violence’ routine, but then tack on “punishing acts”.

This could include refusing to give pocket money, or grounding them, or taking away their games console, or disabling the internet. Any form of punishment, denied.

Ironically, the Scottish government, foisting this draconian paedophile nonsense, has the cheek to accuse you of confusing their gender identities and weaponising their religious beliefs!

You can’t even hold them to account for consistency in religious beliefs, only the secular, non-religious, tyrannical, immoral, paedophile laden Scottish government can do that! (Reminder: Scotland Conspires To Deny Unvaccinated Fertility Treatments).

Scottish Government Tries To Pretend It Isn’t About Criminalising Parents

With the Bailey advanced, quickly, the Scottish government retreats back into the Motte, and insists talking is okay, so long as (caveat asterisk) the government doesn’t see it as coercive:

Talking is allowed, but not talking therapy(?) Discussing religious beliefs is allowed, so long as it doesn’t exploit their religious beliefs(?) Advising is allowed, so long as you don’t confuse them or contradict the government’s narrative (read: so long as you agree).

This Orwellian double-speak from their Motte of supposedly allowing speech whilst criminalising speech and parenting in their Bailey (so long as the Scottish government declares it ‘coercive’). And the maximum jail sentence? 7 years (and an unlimited fine).

Government Promotes Children Over Parents

Even taken at their twisted face value, it translates to: sit passively and watch your child permanently sterilise themselves. It promotes child-like thinking over that of the parents. Parental experience irrelevant, child’s indoctrination at school and limited life experience is priority.

Notice it does not apply to the state; they can indoctrinate your child all day long, confuse, manipulate, lie and mislead. Only you’re guilty.

The Scottish government says children aren’t sensible enough to gamble until 18, smoke until 18, give blood until 17, vote until 16, and requires parental permission for under 16s to get an ear piercing, but thinks they can decide to get surgically mutilated at any age, wear whatever the hell they want (even though indecent exposure is a crime), and get their parents thrown in jail for opposing any of this.

They want the kids in charge. And also…

Scotland Wants Unlimited Jurisdiction

If you thought leaving Scotland to flee their tyranny would make you safe, think again. They want to close the ‘loophole’ of you daring to flee Scotland’s iron grip. Almost as hypocritically, it’s uttered in the same sentence where they claim to ban female genital mutilation.

It’s interesting they think religious female genital mutilation is bad, but state-sponsored genital mutilation by gender confusion is good. They want to spend Scottish taxpayers money to get it implemented overseas, too!

Daring to flee the tyranny of Scotland is, ironically, an imprisonable offence!

Victims Of Genital Mutilation Ignored

During this cherry picking exercise of hunting down parents and seizing their children (being convicted grants the state self-granted permission to take your children, on the grounds they’re at risk of ‘abandonment’), not a single consideration is given to so-called ‘detransitioners’, the victims of the genital mutilation complex.

They’re people who underwent the horror of forced mutilating surgery only to later regret it, having suffered extensive physical harms.

Barely a news outlet will touch it or report on it. The Epoch Times being one of the few that do. Even then, it is merely the tip of the much deeper iceberg.

The Scottish government only pays lip service to child abuse, simply a crowbar to foist their agenda on unwitting parents via the use of state-levied threats of jail and seizure, a one-way door that only applies to you, but not them, not their surgeons, not their profiteering so-called “medical” industry.

‘Reject your physical form and reality’, they decry. These unhinged, out-of-touch folks are in no position to be giving advice to or about children.

The idea of the government jailing people for refusing to play ball with this deluded insanity isn’t just speculation, it has already happened.

A child’s random emotional whim leading to the jailing of a fully qualified adult. 11 days for refusing to say compelled, coerced words by the state. How much worse, then, for discouraging the adoption of surgery?

Meanwhile, they give themselves the free pass to confuse your children on gender however they see fit:

Oh, And They Pretend To Want Your Opinion Too

In order to make the kidnapping of children from parent dissidents who disagree with the state seem vaguely democratic (they ignored the loud no from last time), they’re asking for solicitations on people’s opinions, but only mainly from pro-genital mutilation groups.

They ask a bunch of — ironically binary — type close ended questions that smell of blatant rigging.

For example, Question 9 presumes you support it and asks if you think it will ‘address a coercive course of behaviour’:

This is the tyranny equivalent of a ‘how’s my tyranny?’ bumpersticker.

They also namedrop who is most likely behind this push. The UN, under question 33, where they ask how good are they at bootlicking the UN Conventions?

Notice no right of parents. Just “Rights of the Children”. This is from the same UN involved in child sex abuse, where none of their guilty members got prosecuted. Oh and it still persists.
