I endeavour to ensure money is spent most appropriately in relation to my work. Besides, I can subtract it as a business expense meaning I don't lose the funds to tax (not that I earn enough currently to meet any tax thresholds).

But 'Temporary' mysteriously became 'Permanent' and the 'LICENCE TO KILL' remains applicable to this day = 45 years later. It is clearly evident to me that the NIH tout an incorrect definition - one that does not match the 2014 pause - and this incorrect definition has been adopted by the NIAID, and then further modified by Peter Daszak. There seems to be a word-of-mouth thing occurring, because Francis Collins' definition nearly mirrors that of Peter Daszak's definition - long after Daszak made the assertion. This is despite the fact it does not accurately reflect the 2014 gain-of-function definition.
There is evidence of legal breaches, criminality and thus culpability by various individuals, with grounds for prosecution. I hope this article clarifies where the deception and misleading material lies sufficient that the public can see how the attempts to pull the wool over their eyes in terms of legal culpability is being done.
