Yes. Saponins are not soap. You appear to confuse the term 'soapbark', the name of the tree genus, with soap, which isn't made from bark at all, but a number of chemicals such as oils and potassium hydroxide.

Lipids are not *lipid nanoparticles*, any more than a car isn't a car tyre.
