There's a phrase for what Ms. Oakeshott is. Rank opportunist is too nice. She definitely strikes me as ambitious and looking to ride "the next thing" to journalistic greatness. I trust no one who has advocated for the clot shots. She literally contradicts herself on Twitter within 9 days. Mere flotsam on the waves is our girl Isabel.

I don't think she's the daughter of Matthew Oakeshott. They may be related but not that closely.

She certainly spends a lot of time in the Westminster bubble, so it doesn't surprise that she was originally pro-vaccine.

Corrected, I don't know what was going through my mushed brain where it conjured up 'daughter' (I was confident I read it!). BBC article clearly says 'close relation'. Also included the reference I missed. Good call out.

She still seems to be pro-vaccine, much like Richard Tice, just her enthusiasm of it has faded since it is no longer the cool, popular and trendy thing to be. Also I forgot to include the video where Richard Tice praises the rollout, and then says how the government doesn't know stuff but how it's great it 'reduces death':

Tice has had his moments. He called out the closure of the Nightingale hospital at Excel, which the government initially denied. Reform TV also covered live the Freedom Marches in June 2021 which no MSM even mentioned.

I have to defer back to the classic phrase 'controlled opposition' in response to Tice.

A man who still supports a shot with no safety profile and no evidence, is not the man for me, regardless of what handful of marches he vocally supports. Anyone can support a march.

Neither are good positions: mandated shots, or freedom and shots, is still shots.

No shots, none. Come back with an extensive testing record and safety profile, otherwise it is just a rushed con.

Emergency is over, C19 got downgraded, yet they're still selling the shots.

Will Tice call that out? No.

Why?

Ah, yes, appears I have errored on the relations. I will correct.

Midazolam Matt should thank Oakeshott for this stunt. On the basis of "any publicity is good publicity", it's bound to boost sales of his execrable book. Maybe they can even manage a reconciliation!

Some of the praise for the book is utterly cringe inducing, nauseating garbage:

"What shines throughout this book is the eagerness with which Hancock seized the immense task presented to him – managing the national response to the worst pandemic in a century"

Yes, I imagine he was very eager when he ordered 2 years worth of Midazolam in 1 month.

I think she was banking on the fact that because Neil Ferguson was a proven statistical liar, that somehow means he also made the bulk orders for Midazolam, and made the orders for care homes to administer it.

He aided the government by giving them phony statistics to "justify" their blown-out response, and yes, he has guilt by propaganda, but he clearly isn't the main engine, he's another cog in the machine.

Who gave the order such that multiple countries did this?
