The EMA leak showed us the EU ‘health’ commissioner, Stella Kyriakides, took great pains to avoid declaring an ‘Unforeseen Variation’, at a time when the EU is defiant over the texts between President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen and CEO of Pfizer, Albert Bourla.
It’s evident to anyone the EU is engaged in a systematic cover-up with Pfizer on their cozy ties, and it isn’t just between Ursula von der Leyen and Albert Bourla…
What is an ‘unforeseen variation’?
An ‘Unforeseen Variation’ is effectively a public, on-the-records declaration to various healthcare regulators that something has gone wrong with a product that was, “unforeseen”.
Even though it was already painfully evident to Pfizer long before they started development, it wasn’t disclosed to the EMA by Pfizer, and thus ‘unforeseen’ by the EMA. Standard practice is to invoke an Article 5 Unforeseen Variation and notify the other health regulatory agencies - publicly - it has occurred.
This isn’t what actually happened though, what actually happened was…
Stella Kyriakides manually phoned the agencies
In the EMA leak, the EMA literally goes on record to admit their health commissioner is manually phoning each European health regulatory agency one-by-one in order to avoid the paperwork trail of explicitly declaring an ‘Unforeseen Variation’.
That’s right, in order to make sure Pfizer didn’t look bad, the EMA and the EU - like they’re doing with the texts right now - proactively covered up the serious defect in the Pfizer shots and hid the major health risks from the public.
However, it isn’t exclusive to just blame it on the EU and EMA because…
The health regulatory agencies and governments went along with it
You could argue, at a stretch, it is limited to just the EMA and just one person in the EU, but the truth is, the EMA announced the bypass attempt in an email to the other agencies, and Stella would have phoned every agency individually to notify them of this anyway even if they hadn’t.
The agencies would have known it wasn’t standard procedure to get a manual phonecall warning them of a product defect. The damning part is… not one agency spoke up about it. Not one reported that Stella Kyriakides had done away with the law.
Not even the FDA in the US with no ties to the EU, nor HealthCanada, not the MHRA in the UK, no-one in the EMA or EU spoke up about this, not a single EU country’s health regulator raised the alarm, not a single country’s government aware of this took it upon themselves to notify the public.
They all took a pact, a vow of silence to tell no-one that the law was broken that day. No-one stepped forward. And if it wasn’t for this leak, you would have never of known of this massive, multi-country wide conspiracy - for that is what it is - to withhold the truth on the dangers of the Pfizer shot from you.
Ask yourself, on how many other subjects has the government lied or withheld evidence on? As I said in my earlier Substack article, the health agencies did not suddenly become corrupt or avoidant of responsibilities overnight.
This is historic, it has been done before, enough that it has become ‘normal’ for them to do on the regular. This isn’t just a collusion of one or two corrupt political parties, but a multi-state wide affair where nodding heads all agreed to cover the backsides of one of the richest pharmaceutical corporations in the world.
What else have they not told you?
