What the EMA Leak Tells Us About... Clinical Review
Too much responsibility has been abdicated to "experts"
The lack of coverage by so-called media “experts” on the EMA leak and the even bigger lack of transparency by governments leaves the entirety of clinical review - both peer-review and otherwise - in complete darkness.
It means none of the experts, sans the BMJ’s limited coverage (the BMJ is the only peer-reviewed journal to have covered this) pulled through with the public’s interest at heart. All of the so-called “experts”, all of the clinical review processes, they all failed.
What Else Are They Failing On?
The EMA leak is just the tip-of-the-iceberg when it comes to failures in review when it comes to medicine. Peer-review and repeatability studies (the ability to repeat a study to confirm similar results) have gone out the window for whatever the arbitrary whims of politics and media propaganda are of the day.
Advertising money trumps honesty in media. Hypemen and women with money trump integrity in medicine. Hidden data with no evidence trumps peer-reviewed processes. Fraud trumps investigation.
The entire process is flawed. The public are attacked if they dare ask questions with screams of “anti-vaxxer” in the same way an unhinged Inquistor might scream “witch”.
‘I’m not a witch’, the defendant cries in the public forum, ‘I’m not an anti-vaxxer’, as they appeal to prior experiences. You can criticise surgery. You can criticise doctors. You can criticise drugs - and even peer-review processes - but you can never question the vaccine that has, somehow, by pharmaceutical lobbying money and campaigns by rich people, obtained “revered” unquestionable status.
Screaming names at people has never been scientific. Calling someone an “anti-vaxxer” is no better a retort than calling someone an “idiot” for disagreeing with you in politics. So what if they are? Where’s your evidence?
Is that it, we’re supposed to cower in fear of name calling? Is this what peer-review has devolved into? Petty playground insults?
A Broken System
More alarming is the total absence of any integrity within the majority of the scientific and medical community. Why did it take a documents leak and the BMJ to report upon the issue? Why was it not openly discussed? Why was it hidden? What else are they hiding?
Such a well oiled system of abuse does not happen overnight, and yet here we are, with a total distrust in a system that will take decades, if not centuries, to rebuild. Some are still clinging to the reputation of old, but the system is forever tarnished.
It was tarnished when the Lancet permitted 26 people with a major direct conflict of interest to sign a document declaring that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was innocent of all blame in relation to SARS-CoV-2, offering only a tepid apology for their huge oversight of such a basic thing to check.
And it was tarnished continually as firms refuse to look at the increasing red flags of mRNA instability issues and nanoparticle concerns, on just outright bypassing clinical trials.
Clinical Review is Dead, Long Live Clinical Review
With clinical review on safety data being dead, compromised from all angles, the general public need to adopt a stance of complete distrust of governments (the same ones that brought you the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, of forced sterilisation in California as recent as 2010), of media outlets who insisted the COVID-19 shots were safe but then were forced to admit bloodclots (whilst downplaying it misleadingly as “rare” without qualifying the statistics or numbers), of compromised medical ‘experts’, who either give way to the pressure of being fired if they say the “wrong” thing or receive money to say the “right” things.
The public themselves must become their own clinical reviewers, and thoroughly reject this utterly compromised system of lobbyists, bureaucrats, billion-dollar profiteers and more, who have shown themselves to be complicit in what can only be described as mass murder, being aware the risks kill, but intentionally remaining silent and allowing people who take it to die.
The only things they’re experts in is taking money and outright lying.
