US Declares Monkeypox A Health Emergency
Reported by ZeroHedge. This disease the US media are jumping through endless hoops to not call it a Sexually Transmitted Disease, even though they admit it is transmitted sexually.
The US media’s response to this has been dubious, with such contradictory nonsense headlines like:
“Monkeypox Focused on Gay Community but Not Fueled by Prides, WHO Says” - how can it be focused on the gay community but not also be focused on gay prides?
“I saw signs of monkeypox at Berlin’s pride parade – but that doesn’t mean it’s a ‘gay disease’” - which if you notice also contradict the WHO’s statement that it is “not fueled by prides”.
“Monkeypox is spreading through sex, but it's not an STI [Sexually Transmitted Infection]. Why calling it one is a problem.” - if it transmits via sex then it is a sexually transmitted disease.
Meanwhile, Pfizer backed Reuters declared “Monkeypox spread no reason to shun pride parades - WHO”, likely because if the disease were to spread even more they’ll be able to sell yet more ‘medical’ products. The history around monkeypox is particularly dubious as well.
A study in 2020 claimed monkeypox originated from wild chimpanzees, however monkeypox was first discovered in 1958, found in the lesions of captive monkeys, held in the State Serum Institute, Copenhagen, which is a governmental public health and research institution under the Danish Ministry of Health, which was set up back in 1902 to produce antisera for Diphtheria.
Antisera is a serum containing antibodies typically harvested from animals, antibodies which are produced via the use of vaccination. Meaning if it first originated at the State Serum Institute in captive monkeys - then the vaccine industry literally involved in the creation of monkeypox.
As the earlier cited reports on the first detection in 1958 notes (pages 2 and 3):
[…] During the period 1958-1968 large numbers of primates were being imported into Europe and North America from Asia, and smaller numbers from western Africa, mainly for the manufacture and safety testing of poliomyelitis vaccines […]
The report goes on to mention a variation called “whitepox” caused by laboratory contamination:
[…] By about 1982 accumulating evidence had convinced most laboratory workers that the "whitepox" viruses were in fact strains of variola virus inadvertently introduced as laboratory contaminants […]
The report declares the first human case was found in a 9-month old boy in Basankusu Hospital, Equateur Province, Zaire back in the early 1970s. A monkeypox sample was sent to back to the USSR, of all places:
Crusts were collected for laboratory examination and sent through WHO in Geneva to the WHO collaborating cenire in the Moscow Research Institute for Viral Preparations, USSR
Another peer-reviewed study (that involved British intel outfit Chatham House) blamed smallpox eradication, claiming because people didn’t keep constantly getting vaccines, that it left a void for monkeypox to fill.
Smallpox eradication, coordinated by the WHO and certified 40 years ago, led to the cessation of routine smallpox vaccination in most countries. It is estimated that over 70% of the world’s population is no longer protected against smallpox, and through cross-immunity, to closely related orthopox viruses such as monkeypox. Monkeypox is now a re-emerging disease.
It is unclear what the study is trying to say. You shouldn’t eradicate diseases? Keep taking vaccines even if the diseases they’re aimed at no longer exist? It is unlikely constantly taking smallpox vaccines would have stopped a new viral variant due to Hoskins effect.
As a weird aside, the monkeys bred in captivity who were infected with the monkeypox virus are, as the report describes, “cynomolgus monkeys”.
Back in January 25th 2022, Insider Paper reported on a biolab van crash involving roughly 100 monkeys. These were reported by another source as being “cynomolgus macaque monkeys”, the same type of monkeys known to carry monkeypox, which were typically carried by monkeys held in captivity in labs.
The woman involved - Michelle Fallon - behaved in a rather bizarre fashion in response to the biolab van crash, declaring:
[…] I was close to the monkeys, I touched the crates, I walked through their feces so I was very close. […]
She then, bizarrely, tried to pet a monkey:
[…] Well, I tried to pet one. I touched the crates and walked in poop. […]
Before declaring she also had an “open cut”:
[…] I did have an open cut […]
Sounds like someone trying to catch or spread a disease to me. Very unusual behaviour in response to rabid, hissing monkeys in crates.
The monkeys escaped in the Danville area of Pennsylvania, which is about 2 and a half hours away from Philadelphia:
As sheer coincidence has it, Pennsylvania reported 161 monkeypox cases on August 2nd 2022, where it was reported half the cases were in Philadelphia, with 8 cases in Bucks county. Pennsylvania was considered in the highest ten States for monkeypox outbreaks.
US media tried to pre-emptively suggest the monkey crash in Pennsylvania had nothing to do with the monkeypox outbreak by trying to argue there was “no evidence”, which is a lazy non-rebuttal which says they didn’t look. Captive monkeys have had a history of monkeypox infections, and these were the same species known to pick up monkeypox.
May I point out to Mr. Fowler the distinction between absence of evidence and evidence of absence?

In 2003, the first detected monkeypox outbreak occurred in the United States, reportedly via African animals that were imported for sale as pets. As a result, the US government banned imports of rodents from Africa, which included squirrels porcupines, rats, and mice.
The animals in question that gave the disease weren’t on the CDC’s ban list, however, they were prairie dogs. In 47 cases of human monkeypox virus (a mixture of both confirmed and probable cases) were direct or indirect contact with prairie dogs. Interestingly the study notes that:
Some individuals were bitten, many reported handling the animals without being bitten, and some reported only having been in the same room with a sick prairie dog, suggesting that MPXV [Monkeypox Virus] infections may have been initiated in different persons by means of a variety of mechanisms, including percutaneous [puncturing of the skin], inhalational [breathing], and mucocutaneous [occuring in orifice type regions, such as nose, mouth, vagina, penis, anus etc] exposures
This suggests that monkeypox is a close-contact disease, although it is unclear if it is respiratory also given the “same room” remark with no handling.
In 2017 there was an outbreak of monkeypox in Nigeria, of which it was reported “Majority of the confirmed/probable cases were adults (80.9%) and males (80.9%)”. The Nigerian outbreak was reportedly first discovered by Dr. Dimie Ogoina in September 22 2017.
In 21st September 2018, the UK government reported the first monkeypox case in the whole of Europe, from Nigerian travellers, showing unfettered and open borders is an extremely bad idea. In the report it mentions that (emphasis added)…
[…] reported virus transmission from mother to child during pregnancy and through an invasive bite or scratch from an ill animal suggest that transmission via SoHO [Substances of Human Origin] is theoretically possible […]
It also declared that:
Monkeypox is a zoonotic viral disease caused by the monkeypox virus belonging to the Orthopoxvirus genus of the Poxviridae family, which also includes smallpox, vaccinia, cowpox, camelpox, ectromelia (mousepox) and other viruses [...] At least five members of the Orthopoxvirus genus cause infection in humans: variola, vaccinia, cowpox, camelpox and monkeypox viruses
On 22nd September 2018, the Jimmy Saville pedophile-enabling BBC had reported that a healthcare worker at Blackpool Victoria Hospital had become the third case for monkeypox. Blackpool Victoria Hospital is, unsurprisingly, located in Blackpool:
Blackpool boasts of having an active gay community on their website, even receiving MBEs [Member of the Order of the British Empire] for doing so.
In September 2019, the FDA approved a ‘smallpox’ and ‘monkeypox’ live, supposedly non-replicating vaccine called JYNNEOS made by pharmaceutical firm Bavarian Nordic. Shortly after, in December 2019, the UK government reported a confirmed case of monkeypox in a “withdrawn” article that is still available.
In July 16th 2021, the Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services announced on pedophile-enabling Twitter a case involving a Texan man who had travelled from Nigeria, where they were tracking 200 suspected (but not confirmed/actual) cases.
In November 17th 2021 (date only visible in the URL itself), liberal outlet USA Today claimed a resident in Maryland had contracted monkeypox.
The globalist WHO [World Health Organisation] said it had been notified by the UK government on 13th May 2022 of monkeypox outbreaks which they claimed were identified using unreliable RT PCR testing, and on the 15th by “Sexual Health Service attendees”:
On 15 May, WHO was notified of four additional laboratory confirmed cases, all identified among MSM [men who have sex with men] attending Sexual Health Services and presenting with a vesicular rash. All four were confirmed to have the West African clade of the monkeypox virus.
Even though the cases were very few, on 25th May 2022, the UK’s JCVI (Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation) discussed advice on ‘vaccination against monkeypox’, which was reported by the UKHSA (UK Health Security Agency) on June 21st.
In the article the UKHSA mentioned that:
[…] there is ongoing transmission primarily in gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (GBMSM). Cases within the GBMSM population have largely been located in the London area. […]
UKHSA remarked there was little evidence the MVA-BN vaccines could prevent monkeypox:
There is very limited evidence on whether MVA-BN [Smallpox Modified Vaccinia Ankara – Bavarian Nordic] can prevent or modify disease when given to contacts after possible exposure to the monkeypox virus.
The MVA-BN vaccine in question they noted were sold under “2 brand names”:
Imvanex
Jynneos
The CDC, in a published errata in July 8th 2022, had declared only those at risk could receive the Jynneos shot, as “[…] designated by appropriate public health and antiterror authorities”. It’s not clear why “antiterror authorities” get to make healthcare decisions.
They also stated that people ‘at risk’ would have to get unlimited booster shots for monkeypox every 2 years, quoting:
[…] persons who are at ongoing risk for occupational exposure to more virulent orthopoxviruses such as Variola virus or Monkeypox virus receive a booster dose of JYNNEOS every 2 years after the primary JYNNEOS series […]
In a speech at the WHO [World Health Organisation] on the 23rd July 2022, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the head of the WHO, declared that they had formed a committee to discuss whether or not monkeypox was a “public health emergency of international concern”, with the committee disagreeing and saying it wasn’t (emphasis added):
[…] the committee resolved by consensus that the outbreak did not represent a public health emergency of international concern […]
Despite this, Tedros tried to reconvene the committee again, hoping for a ‘best out of three’…
[…] I reconvened the committee on Thursday […]
…they clearly hadn’t voted for the outcome he wanted. Once again, the committee declined to vote it as an “public health emergency”, quoting again:
[…] the committee was unable to reach a consensus on whether the outbreak represents a public health emergency of international concern. […]
Read: they voted no. Tedros then went full tinpot dictator and overrode the democratic decision:
[…] I have decided that the global monkeypox outbreak represents a public health emergency of international concern. […]
This was a particularly convenient feature for the WHO to declare, given back in May 2022 just as the outbreaks were being reported in the UK, Pfizer-connected Reuters reported…
[…] The United States has proposed 13 IHR [International Health Regulations] reforms […]”
…for the WHO, which is something African countries objected to, however on May 28th the African opposition was overcome (notice article says “2022 Thomson Reuters” at the bottom, so still Pfizer-connected), on amendments to “[…] Article 59 of the IHR that will speed up the implementation of reforms”.
The amendments were declared in “Provisional agenda item 16.2”, which was published back in April 2022. As page 5 notes, bold underline is new additions to pre-existing amendments, and strikethrough is the removal from amendments:
Page 8, on WHO Article 12, had alarming amendments:
The “Director-General” is the head of the WHO. Notice it says “potential” health emergency. No longer does it need to be actual or real to grant WHO powers.
Also notice the part where it says “If the Director-General determines and the State Party are in agreement regarding this determination” - with the part after ‘determines’ crossed out, removing the sovereignty of the nation on agreement, and only the tinpot dictator of the WHO gets to determine a “public health emergency of international concern”.
Consensus gets eliminated again in section 3 of article 12 entirely:
Section 5 removes the area affected from having any say:
Section 6 was entirely added where the tinpot dictator can determine, by himself, solo, if a public health emergency exists, democracy be damned:
It also introduces a “Regional Director” who gains similar tinpot powers:
The WHO also demands to forcefully shove aid down people’s throats, and if they say no, demands they immediately explain within 48 hours why:
The WHO throws skill out the window and adds a provision demanding employees of equal age and gender, and demands everyone else be forced to undergo conditioning (“training”) for these bizarre diktaks:
Oh and also demanding countries implement compliance committees to comply with WHO diktaks:
The WHO also added a line to shorten the adoption period to 6 months (where adoption is implied if they don’t explicitly reject them):
It’s pretty convenient Tedros basically abused his power to override the Emergency Committee he himself introduced…
…in order to single handedly declare a “public health emergency” over a disease which the UK government has already declared is beginning to plateau, shortly after Tedros declared his powers. Rather convenient timing, all of that.
