Healthcare Union Admits Oz Gov Never Gave Shot Indemnity
Dam breached as it looks like Australians can sue 'healthcare' providers

The Australian Medical Professional' Society (AMPS), an Australian healthcare union, has issued a notice to all their members that they may not, in-fact, be indemnified (read: immune from lawsuits) for their uninformed non-consensual murder shot spree.
[Update: Those wishing to print out the letters to hand to their local Australian healthcare officials to notify them of this, can find the AMPS letter here and the government FOIA here.]
Part of the article reads:
“a medical indemnity scheme for health professionals administering the COVID-19 vaccines was never established per se.”
That means, if a healthcare professional did not inform you of all the associated risks — which given the large amounts of secrecy and denial of peer-reviewed studies showing harms, is very likely true — they did not provide sufficient informed consent, and therefore are liable to lawsuits.
Government Says ‘Oops We Forgot’
The government correspondence to AMPS can be found hosted here.
The Australian government says although they haven’t established indemnity for healthcare workers, they should be happy the vaccine injured have access to the paltry sum from a no-fault payment scheme the government set up, that protects pharmaceutical companies from lawsuits:
‘So don’t worry if you’re at risk of being sued’, says the Australian government, missing the point, ‘because if you get injured by our shots we’ll pay you money’.
The Australian government — who has withheld information from everybody under giant redaction markers — then chidingly tells the Australian healthcare workers to make sure they get Informed Consent:
‘Hope You Got Private Indemnity’, Mocks The Oz Government
The Australian government sticks the knife in further by telling the healthcare practitioners that they’re required by law to have gotten privatised indemnity protections from their private insurer. You know, the same kind of insurance companies who won’t pay out if you ever get the shots.
Alternative translation: you shouldn’t be jabbing people with shots until you’ve secured yourself indemnity first. ‘Ho ho’, laughs the Australian government.
As The Daily Beagle said before, Government Goons Won't Be Saved. Being a 'useful tool' does not reserve you a privileged place on the globalist ark; they will throw you overboard at the first opportunity, just like the Australian government are doing.
AMPS Freaks Out
The healthcare union freaks out at this, and has told their dutiful shot giving drones to quickly pass out a letter informing their betrayed colleagues to notify them of the liability of giving the shots, a perfect case study of why there should never be immunity to liability:
Oh dear. How long until the angry Australians decide to start suing their healthcare practitioners for forcing the shots down their throat, injuring them and killing loved ones?

I would like to post a copy of that letter on out town's notice board. We have three giant medical organisations here who have been jabbing anything that moves, not once informing victims of the risks, nor that there is no indemnity.
Where can I get a copy?
A cross between skeletor and a horse was a comment that gave me a giggle.
I hope she gets all the protection she needs.
