It wasn’t much earlier we came to Elon Musk’s defence when Alex Berenson criticised him for something he didn’t say. But unfortunately, CureVac man Elon has fallen down on the very standards he himself falsely proclaimed he would uphold.
Back in November, Elon falsely assured the public that his principles of Free Speech were so strong, that upon acquiring Twitter, he would not ban the account ‘following’ his plane, even though he asserted it was a ‘personal safety risk’:
Despite this, once Elon had acquired Twitter, he has 180’d on his ‘word’, and has declared he’d take legal action against Sweeney in response to a completely unrelated incident involving a car.
Hit The Road, Jack
Sweeney refers to ‘Jack Sweeney’, a resident of Florida, who used to run the now suspended ‘@elonjet’. Jack isn’t even in LA nor California, and Elon seems to be using the unhinged theatrics of a random crazy in California in order to justify silencing his dissenters on his platform in violation of his supposed ‘free speech absolutist’ principles.
Rather than defending Jack Sweeney, who is clearly trying to hold billionaires to the same standards the public have to endure (IE mass surveillance), commentators on ZeroHedge tried to berate the account owner as a “punk” and “script kiddie” to justify Elon trampling free speech, as they’ve now supplanted one form of false idol worship for another.
“Stalker” is interesting slander given Sweeney published many billionaires aircraft movements, and not merely Elon Musk’s, and thus wasn’t ‘stalking’ Elon in any way.
So if someone is a “punk kid” that justifies censoring them, does it? What a lame excuse for speech tyrants. Free speech is for all — including and especially the ‘punks’ and ‘rebels’.
It Was Already Public
Furthermore, what Sweeney was posting was not private information . The movement of aircraft — including so-called “private” jets — are tracked on numerous sites, like ‘flightaware’ and ‘flightradar24’:
You can input the aircraft ID and find the data in seconds. This isn’t like publishing someone’s personal address where you have to do some crazy sleuthing or digging from a non-public listing.
Now, if Musk had just banned Sweeney from his site, he’d been a lying immoral hypocrite, but it would have been within his remit to do so, but he crosses the line with his next move.
Elon Musk Engaging In A SLAPP
Elon crosses the line by threatening a lawsuit against Jack Sweeney for publishing Constitutionally protected speech, because Elon — being the closet mind control freak he is — knows he can’t stop Jack Sweeney from publishing on another site, and so tries to intimidate him in general with a lawsuit. Jack Sweeney correctly calls it a bluff.
Suspending him from Twitter isn’t enough for Elon, the man is trying to control Jack’s speech on other platforms. Free Speech Absolutist? Giant red flags for Elon.
But his lawsuit is clearly a SLAPP — Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation. It is where a billionaire abuses their money to file frivilious lawsuits to intimidate (read: bankrupt) people into not engaging in public participation (read: expose the billionaire’s corruption).
In States where such anti-SLAAP laws are enacted, a lawsuit can be dismissed before it even reaches trial assuming it meets the criterion.
Reposting flight information from a website is not a crime, in any country, or flightaware and flightradar24 wouldn’t even exist. It is not a ‘risk’ because everyone’s flight information is public. Elon is suffering from rich man syndrome. He wants privacy whilst he empowers the US military to spy on the people. Rules for thee but not for me!
If Elon is willing to bully people with lawsuits for simply re-publishing flight information, what else will the man bully people on? Will he bully journalists for reporting on his whereabouts? His deceit?
[Update Edit: Since this article was published, the answer is yes. Elon is indeed deplatforming journalists for talking about his private jet. He insists criticism won’t be censored. For now. Alarmingly, people are taking glee in the retaliatory censorship.]
Elon Likes DOXxing… But Only When He Does It
He can’t be that terrified of ‘the risk’ of DOXxing, because rather than hire a Private Investigator or file an appropriate report of harassment with the local police, Elon turned over his supposed attacker to the Twitter mob.
Elon then tries to justify his hypocrisy, not by denying it is a DOX, but by saying DOXes that are “slightly delayed” are acceptable. All DOXes are delayed, Elon; no-one instantly finds a house address. This isn’t a valid argument.
The irony is flightaware and flightradar24 are delayed. Usually by at least 15 minutes. If not longer. Note Elon’s vagueness on “slightly” so he can’t be held to account on the double-standards.
Also, the event happened with a car, so, again, nothing to do with planes. Besides, Elon’s earlier argument was to personal risk, not time duration on a DOX, so he’s contradicting himself further. Personal risk if it happens to him, ‘slight delay’ if he does it to someone else.
Twitter Mobs Are Dangerous, History Proves It
What’s particularly ironic and disgusting is we already know Twitter mobs can incite, beat up, injure and kill. He knows it can be used for this — and is now using it for his own ends. Elon is essentially re-purposing Twitter into his own personal ego praise and attack platform.
Not Conservative goals. Not pro-freedom goals. Not even pro-free speech (Steve Kirsch, Dr Naomi Wolf are still suspended, and now also Jack Sweeney). But instead, pro-Elon Musk goals.
He didn’t ban DOXes until Antifa threatened his Tesla car dealerships. Okay, fair, no problem with a ban on DOXes. Now Elon himself is using Twitter to DOX people. DOXxing that he said would result in suspensions. DOX to help Elon and get suspended? Que?
Mob Tide Rising
Already Twitter are accusing random people of potentially being the man in question (‘oh he has dark eyes and dark hair, must be guilty’), and the irony is Elon Musk is doing the very thing he has falsely accused Jack Sweeney of — putting people at risk.
If the Twitter mob find someone they think might fit the profile, they are likely to mob the person as the unquestioning fans of Elon. They’ve already attacked Jack Sweeney and he doesn’t even live in California, and the incident doesn’t even involve a plane nor an airport. Jack is innocent.
And if the hooded man truly is as dangerous as Elon says, then sending unsuspecting members of the public to confront the dangerous man puts the public at risk as well. That said, jumping on the hood of a car only puts the moronic hood jumper at risk, of getting thrown off and run over. You’d think he’d try to open the door or something? Seems more ‘grandstand’ish than real threat.
It is very uncomfortable Elon is engaging in the problem-reaction-solution diametric used by globalists. Random guy bursts out of nowhere, Elon reacts by banning unrelated accounts he finds inconvenient, uses it to polarise the crowd into agreeing with his speech tyranny, and then ‘siccing’ the Twitter mob on them, suddenly the solution is normalised.
Friends, we cannot have a pro-censorship ‘right leaning’ candidate replace a pro-censorship ‘left leaning’ candidate. This is not the way forward.

Nice take on our fren Elon. As bad as it is with the lefty billionaires and their technocrat dreams (scientific dictatorship was the term kicked around back in the day), you're right that I dont want Elon's vision either. The elites are determined to whip out the Hegelianism and offer us a shit sandwich or a shit pie; either way they win. As far as Twitter goes, I have little interest in it. Gab welcomes all, even the annoying White Nats and Hitler wannabes. I remember the Westboro Baptist jackasses; they had a right to be disgusting.
Elon is all talk. The goal is to lure the normies and the average Trump supporter back into a walled garden. Shadow bans and what-not allow complete narrative control and the opposite of free speech. People won't even know they're being silenced; bad thinkers go to the quiet room. Whatever Elon represents, it is ultimately not to our benefit. He did not buy Twitter alone.
Sorry, but I disagree with you on this matter of safety from threats of death.
There is no acceptable reason for anybody to track and broadcast the whereabouts of a high profile personality and none of your readers would not wish to put someone who seems to be 'level headed' and otherwise truthful, to be put in the ';firing line' of cranks and those that need to 'remove' such champions of REALITY!
Otherwise, Elon still has the backing of all reasonable people that have not succumbed to the Covid, deadly vax and Scanmdemic bullshit we've endured since early 2020.
